Beginning in 2017, LTA has worked closely with building management to upgrade over 2000 lights in this
illustrious building. Through innovative design and engineering, we were able to significantly lower
energy consumption whilst maintaining and elevating the standard of excellence that the Cove
residential building has built a reputation on.
Starting with the full upgrade of all carpark and fire stairs lighting, our team designed, customized,
manufactured, supplied and installed over 200 carpark lights, meeting the very meticulous guidelines
and instructions specified by the acclaimed architect Harry Seidler.
In the fire stairs, our emergency fittings were installed with our proprietary microwave sensor system for
maximum energy saving, resulting in a 90% overall reduction in energy expenditure.
Due to our priority of excellence and our solution orientated approach to work, we have continued to
work with the Cove Building, and upgraded lights from the front lobby to back storerooms.
